John our security door installer was outstanding! He went above and beyond in resolving an issue with the perforated metal screen and was able to replace it the same day. We were very impressed with his total commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We love our new security door! It really upgrades the appearance of the front of our house. The design and color are fantastic, the color perfectly compliments our existing wooden front door, it's sturdy and operates quietly, and the overall quality is first-rate. We can easily see through the security door from inside our house, while the door provides great privacy from the outside. John keyed the new lock to match our existing locks, very convenient. We highly recommend John and Steel Advantage.

John and Chris arrived on time and did a fantastic job on installing my security doors and windows. They were very efficient and the quality of their work was exceptional. As soon as they left the property I started to get compliments from the neighbors. The colors blended right into the color scheme of the house. My husband who has ptsd and just recently lost his leg wanted more screens on our doors. We paid good money up front and and waited for them to come. We received a text saying they would come and we made sure we were home. Screens came late but not too bad. He wanted to do back first. Puts them on and I touch and I iust touch the steel screens and they pop right out. Out of the frames they built them in. Check the next one. Same thing. Worker is disgruntled because he doesn't get paid unless they are installed. He is upset that he has to put old ones back in. Then he moves on to front door. Way too big. lasked "owner" for a refund his comment was read your contract! We will contact a lawyer. No winning with this man. Plus now my pup came in from outside limping. I put him up and looked at his paw. A metal shaving had gotten into his pad. Went outside and they were all over. What a reckless thing to do!!!!! No concern for anyone or any pet for sure. Ok the owner Tony Gambino reached out to me and what a difference from him and the people I had dealt with. He not only apologized sincerely but sent my money back and sent a gift card for our troubles. Rather than hiding behind this he is using it a a training exercise in what not to do. When and if we decide to go this route agin we will give him a call for sure. This is customer service at it finest!! Thankyou
