  We had a couple issues with our installation, but it was resolved and the door looks wonderful. John, did a fantastic job installing the final product and was a joy to work with!

  We called multiple companies and they all ignored us or bailed on us last minute. We called Steel Advantage and they immediately met us for a consult and scheduled an install with John. He came on time and had the door up and going in no time. When we wanted a few adjustments we called and John quickly scheduled a follow-up and took care of everything.   I am giving a 5 star review for our installer, John! He went above and beyond for us. He kept communication open and answered all my questions, which is incredibly important to me. We had a few bumps with our doors on the building side of it, but John said he would take care of us, and he was true to his word and made sure that we were a priority.
It is very rare these days to have someone take such pride in their work and put up the effort that he did to make sure that our job was done right. I would 100% recommend John as your installer.
